About Our Company

McNeal & Associates was founded in 2008 by the McNeal Family and is an established business in the State of California. Prior to 2008 they had extensive experience working in the field of Auto, Home, Motorcycle and Commercial Insurance. The McNeal’s initiated a plan to educate customers on how important it is to purchase Insurance in order to protect their personal interest. It is our belief that having the right coverage when the risk occurs gives the customer a peace of mind in any situation. McNeal and Associates will not only provide their customers with peace of mind but they will do it at an affordable rate.

So my boyfriend's co worker recommended this place because we were finding a new insurance company after our monthly rate went up with our previous company. I pass it everyday as I am on my way to work in the morning so I knew exactly where it was (conveniently off the freeway). We went in and the lady who helped was really nice, I think she said her name was Andrea. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and I am huge on customer service. We had to wait a few minutes cause they were with other customers. A gentlemen in the office came out and helped us and he was very friendly! He explained things to my boyfriend and I that other Insurance companies did not explain when it came to coverage options.
